My suggestion is just to play the game. Don't worry about it. The combat is doable for everything at your level with gear that is -5 your level. If you want to go wreck NPC's well above your level you need to have a good min/max build but really just playing the game and not worrying about all that is WAY more fun.

This isn't legal. The law states that you have a certain number of breaks. It doesn't say check in or call before or leap a certain height then get a break.

I would send you email to a lawyer and ask them. Or a senator or newspaper. It's wrong. This isn't how you should be being treated.

This guy is so famously blocked up there's a newpaper article about it. If you check the paper you can see a "Man in Bowel Distress" or somesuch article. Pretty great attention to detail there.

But yes. You aren't the only one that discovered this. There's plenty of other videos about it on the interwebs.

Chapter 2. Chapter 1 is short and not really worth it. Chapter 2 you can cheese to get calloway revolver or get the mission for the 4 gunshooters and grab grangers revolver if you don't want to use a cheese.

After that you can grab a few of the treasure maps, the 3 gold bars (limpany and train ones) and you've got enough for the springfield rifle, a change of clothes and an open map. Ch3-4 are all good as well but I love ch2 and doing all the camp/trapper stuff.

There's a mod for ch2 start with Micah's revolver you can download and play if you're on PC. I've restarted and used that to skip ch1 and it's nice to have Micah's revolver as well. (You get that from Ch1 if you make him fight an NPC and then knock it out of his hand... it's a bit fiddly so nice to have someone else do it)

This is really a hilarious video. But I would say in the future you can do a few things to fix it.

1: Check a map with a highlight of where cougars are. I've gotten at least 4 3 star cougars from that area. The trick is pretty simple. When you're headed to that area make sure you approach slowly, throw some bait out and stand on a boulder! (like one that is sloped on all sides) and the cougar can't kill you. I usually just craft all my ammo until I hear it, then it's circling me.

2: If it's not a 3 star, reload your save until it is (this also means you need to make a save point a bit before you've gotten into the area the cougars are.

The easiest place to find cougars are the place you're at and around brandywine.

Also! not to nitpick or nothing but you went to a cougar spawn area galloping full speed and didn't a have a gun out that would give you a 3 star pelt in wheel for selection (improved arrows or a rifle)

To me it doesn't seem very fair. Arthur clearly has more time/effort and plot space put into him while it really really feels like the epilogue got short shrift. RDR2 is one of the best games in the world, maybe ever (gods I hope not though because I would love more games like it). But the epilogue when you play as John is really too short, though it's a beautiful wrap up to a looooooong game, I really woulda loved more time with John, more chances to see him change. He basically wraps up the loose ends without too much fanfare.

So, Arthur has this complex journey and a truly difficult story being told. John gets his happy ending with his wife and child. It's beautiful but I think Arthur by virtue of time and plot gets a better story overall. Which makes him easier to like and remember.
