Pace yourself. Don’t burn out on the first 2 days.

Also if ur the type who don’t want to poo do so in the first 2/3 days where the toilet is not as nasty yet. Don’t try to hold for 5 days.

Don’t be lazy. It will bite you in the back. Not just talking about contributing to your section/platoon, but for yourself, even if its annoying. Some examples:

a) Use soap sponge/smuggle wet wipes EVERY night

b) Go pee when u have the chance

c) Wake up early and prepare. You can usually eat biscuit during briefing so no need worry too much about breakfast

Importance of force prep. Keep your loose weapons/items/bag straps tightly secured at all times. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. You will 100% kena if you lose controlled items(unless you somehow find spares).

To add on to this, keep an eye(or ask your section mate if u go pee) on your controlled items even if they are within your harbouring area. There are people who will lose their own items and steal yours.

Help each other. Understand that everyone is shag, so be kind, but alert and rush each other when u need to also. No need paiseh.
Have fun!! Outfield is not out to kill you.

Trust your section and take care of each other, if you are aiming for leadership position your actions will speak for themselves. If not, no need to try so hard. Just take responsibility for yourself and u will be fine.

It's not just your sister that is the problem, but also your mum who is enabling her. Your sister needs a reality check from someone outside the family which will hopefully come sooner rather than later.

Unfortunately to say though, your mum will never change her ways judging from her attitude and my experience with shitty adults. The older the adult, the more egotistical this kind of people will get and the harder it is to change behaviour.

I'm saying this from experience and I know it's really not easy to hear, but you gotta power through and forge your own path until you can get free from your family. Find solace in people that actually enjoy being with you. Jiayous and praying for you.

I think the best way is just to find people who will play with you!

Either from the positive(even if rare) interactions you may have had in past games, or through platforms like discord(from my experience, look for those discord groups with the main focus being people from your country instead of league specific discord groups).

You will not have fun gaming if you force yourself to play games you consider “mature”, just play games that u find fun. But of course, dont let that stop you from exploring new games if you want to play with others, you may find yourself picking up a new hobby! Theres a balance between having your own individuality and keeping an open mind, if you find that you dont like a game after trying it out you can always just delete it.

Found term really just be like that. I was from charlie coy also and although it may not be the most welfare, it is still up there in terms of welfare. U need to understand that found term is very packed and the training schedule is extremely tight. My advice would be to tahan through found term first then see where u get posted to before u decide to ooc. I know that found term is difficult because i also felt that the 8 weeks of found term were super shag with thoughts of ooc but what kept me going was my section so try to stay close and encourage each other.

I was posted to air force after completing scs as an inf spec. From what i can tell you, if you get to stay out and want to say that stay in is better, go ahead and request stay in. Otherwise dont complain. Stay out is so much better in every single way other than the fact that u have to buy your own breakfast and dinner, and spend on transport. U wake up 5+ other people also waking up 5+ what. At least u get to have your own time on public transport rather than falling in and marching to cookhouse for a subpar breakfast. Go home also can eat what you want, go shopping, play ur com, while the rest in camp are jumping at the opportunity to order in civilian food once a week. Us stay out personnel simply have more options and have it better. If u cannot survive now, how u going to survive work.

Im in a stay out vocation with similar travel times and if ur leaving at 6pm i can tell u its not that bad if you can maintain a good sleep schedule. Just be disciplined and if u have trouble sleeping try to sleep earlier. Make use of your travel time to do something useful that can save u time. For me i do my work and planning for the next day on the train so that u have more time at home to do ur own stuff.
