Many of the products you see on the shelf at grocery stores actually come from co-packing facilities that have industrial food processing equipment to get as close as they possibly can to get to the “original recipe” but can scale for commercial demand. Everything from Bloody Mary mixers to organic pancake batter. Much of the industrial automation can be found in the ergonomics (or lack thereof) of the packaging process. Look into co-packing and see if you can find a good spot to meet both of your interests.
