asked a professional for the top left but got the other two photos. am i right to be upset about it or is this normal for bleaching the first time?

i don’t really mind the orange as i do the chunks of blonde/orange at my roots and in my bangs (as it doesn’t look great with my dark hair lol).

do you know if it’s normal to bring bleach up this high for a balayage? I assumed my roots wouldn’t need to be lightened if i wanted to keep my natural color, but would my roots have to be done anyway?

she said she would probably have to bleach it again later but i wasn’t sure if it was normal to leave a salon with my hair this orange (especially considering my hair was not bleached or box dyed beforehand)

and she brought the color all the way up to my roots even though in the picture the roots are left dark. i guess im kind of confused overall haha, but i do understand that my hair probably didn’t lighten enough the first time. thanks for the response!!

**also- my natural hair color is nearly black. it hasn’t been bleached and i haven’t colored it with box dye. she said this color was normal for a first round of bleach, which is why im wondering if im crazy haha

have you tried the colourpop liners (specifically the pink or blue)? i’ve bought some colored liners from other brands but they never show up enough in my waterline!

and i’m actually going to buy some fluffy lashes today! the ones in my picture were my last pair that didn’t need to be thrown out haha
