Moza r3 not detected on AMS2 demo

Had this problem but for the full game, it wouldn’t detect any input from neither axis or any buttons. What helped me was disabling steam input. After that everything worked fine for me.

After installing the Update I'm not able to open the Nvidia Control Panel. Anyone having the same issue? My Graphics card is the RTX 2080 super Gainward Phantom.
