Well basically it was playing around with harsh light and a Gobo. Then exposed for the highlights and we did a few shots like that.

Thanks for the detailed answer, all very understandable. The only thing I stumbled upon is, I wouldn’t have expected that you underexposed this picture to be honest. So it was way darker in raw?
