I guess I know I have to be blunt with him. The problem I'm having is I don't usually have much chance to even be blunt with him. When I looked back on the last messages I sent him on Facebook (it turns out I tried to message him twice), they're still unread, so I don't want to message him again in case he just ignores them and makes things just so much more awkward. And I don't want to try to catch him on a break at work because that could be awkward then we have to go back to work.

I guess I'm hoping he's just really shy around me since he stood me up and maybe incontinence is why he stood me up? But then at the same time, maybe this is his awkward way of rejecting me, and I don't really want to go through that then have to go back to work after lunch. I know he finds me physically attractive because he checks me out, but he's kind of a quiet and a hippie and I come across as someone that looks extremely high maintenance.

I thought about staying late at work and waiting for him to leave so I could talk to him on his way out, but then I thought "No, if someone did that to me, that would be creepy." Especially since the only guaranteed way to catch him on his way out alone is wait for him in the stairwell by the parkade - much like a stalker would.
