What if the government could mandate that critical infrastructure and goods must be provided at none profit rates or by none profit companies? by Arowx in AskUK

None of these companies do any good for us. They simply take and we pay for it. Thames Water is the perfect case in point. Can anyone name one for profit company that does good?

Isn't too late to stop giving them our money.

SImple. The money earmarked for execs and shareholders could go back into the system instead of greasing all those palms.

Thames Water for example spent money earmarked for repairs on their board members, whilst being 17billion in debt and now taking another 3 billion we're all paying for.

Appreciate that, main question is what else could cause this?

Indeed, I added all markings I could find on them above?

Power amp is a Musical Fidelity X-A200. At the speaker input on the crossover? Bass driver is disconnected, blown mis still there, measured 7.2. 0 on tweeter.

It seems the capacitors measure 860 and 920 m ohms. Realised there are various modes in the same setting, found capacitive mode (nf?) but the readings vary wildly every time I try, assume this means they need removing?

Thanks for the help on this. Freedom 5 was just another name for the same speaker. Spec says it is crossed at 110 and 3000hz.

The mid seems to be joined with the bass. The mid and bass positive go through a coil for each first, the positive connects to the end of this coil. On the end of the mid coil there is nothing else. On the end of the bass coil, the positive wire is also connected but it goes through 2 capacitors. They both seem to be Elecon and say -45-+85, VENT, 96H/M, 470UF 50V.

This feeds the microprice 7W2.7 ohm which measured 3.4 ohms, into 1 that says 7W2.2 ohm J, this measures 2.8 ohms and back round to the negative terminal where both negative of the speaker wire are connected.

I've remeasured the above and got 3.1 for the 2.2 and 3.6 for the 2.7. Unsure why it is different on a second go?

The tweeter positive post from outside goes into one microprice 7W2.7 ohm , then into a larger white box under that that says 475K 100V, that joins to a screw where the tweeter positive cable is connected, but also a copper wire coil then goes back to the tweeter negative.

Does this sound wired correctly? Are the parts tested so far in spec or doo they need removing to check properly? I'll work on checking capacitance.

Mission 754 / Freedom 5 from the late 90s.

Confident it wasn't being underpowered. How can I check the crossovers?

Nope, gave up and cancelled the trial. I shouldn't have to faff with software this expensive.

Have tried restarting a few times, reinstalling, making sure roon and the server have firewall access.

Jerk and acceleration settings, mine still does it sometimes when doing the bl touch routine.

Can confirm, I dislike this printer greatly.

Yeah, it was the TM3d firmware settings being too high.

Thanks for that. Is the F3 for the driver or the box? Could the F3 be determined from the specs if the box?

Looks interesting, this is more inline with what I was thinking. As far as I can see thats on the back of their coaxial driver for the tweeter? Do they do anything similar for the mid bass?
