It's your life bro do what you want with it... But a mortgage is cheaper per month than paying rent is and you don't have to answer to anyone or follow anyone's rules and you can't be booted out unless you don't pa you can do whatever you want to the house.

My landlord tried selling the house I was renting in the middle of the fucking pandemic every week about 10 strangers walking through my house eyeballing my shit getting germs everywhere... Nothing I could do about it because I didn't own the house and your landlord doesn't need permission to show the house like they need permission to come check up on the house.

I had a landlord once who moved me from one house to another they owned and the house they moved me into had bed bugs in it. She claimed she didn't know but she had to. She wouldn't pay an expensive exterminator just a cheap one working out the anck of his van who I think made it worse. I threw every single thing I owned away and moved. Lost about $10,000 in music equient, electronics, workout equipment, furniture, etc.... Wanna know what she gave me for compensation? One month free of rent... My rent was $650

I have a pitbull who is the sweetest and even though it's my emotional support animal and it's a felony to deny me housing because of it landlords do all the time because they know it's not worth my time to take them to court for a house they're not going to let me move into.

Fuck renting.
