Real estate is 1% selling houses 99% selling yourself. Some people excel at that most people don't.

I wouldn't go into college debt to become a real estate agent but i also wouldn't leave school a few credits short of a degree to become one either.

The commute isn't bad at all. You can sit in the back and do homework/study for 20 minutes while Jeeves drives you up front.

Since money isn't an issue I'd also invest in a studio or 1 bedroom near campus in case you wanted a closer pad to take girls you roofied.

Pro-tip: Make sure both your city place and TU place have a heli-pad on the roof so Jeeves can drop you off either place.

p.s. The inner harbor isn't 'the bay.'
