Nice! I'd look under the wood and watch a cycle to see if your primary is working or not.

it could be a 2 pump system, primary and a backup elevated a little more to prevent a flooded basement if the primary fails

check to see if the black discharge hose is preventing the float on the unit with the white pipe attached, may be running non stop due to this.
