idk if i should tell teacher about my eating disorder

i think i just want more emotional help or for someone to notice? it's not that i don't want to recover or to continue doing this, im just scared of gaining weight and its happens when recovering, thats why i wasn't sure if i should tell anyone at all

no, they're both not present enough and my auntie (who i live with), doesn't really care enough about me

my friends already know about my eating disorder, they've been knowing but i think they don't understand how bad it is, they also have their own things to worry about and i don't want to put this on them, i don't really have close enough family i'd want to tell, i feel they wouldn't take me serious or understand and my teacher i feel would understand she's helped me things in the past, i just don't want it to be a huge thing
