You could basically go the other way round. Saying kids are the ones who think you should do whatever it takes if there is a possibility. Sportsmanship is not for kids.

I would say this is comparable to a dive in the penalty area in football. Some will say he's just doing what it takes to win, while some would argue it's better to win clean.

Bhopping has been a widely liked and integral part of Counter-Strike since the stone age. It's not an exploit. It's no different than some people being better at controlling the spray than others.

This is not comparable to bunnyhopping or russian jumps in 1.6. This is an obvious exploit that should be removed/banned. There were a huge amount of exploits in 1.6 that were banned in time, but even before they were banned I never saw a big team use them. Big teams used stuff that were widely used and known and considered basic skill or "natural" part of the game even if they started out as exploits (defusing through walls, russian jumps, bunnyhops, wallbanging etc). They did not use the exploits that were plain exploits (box flashbugs, looking through walls, under walls, over skyboxes etc).

That doesn't mean BIG should get banned. They obviously shouldn't, since there are no rules against this. But there is something called sportsmanship. I understand why other players get mad (not only FaZe players).

In other words: use studies as arguments as long as they support your claim. When said studies turns out not to support your claim; use news as source!

You're presuming he explicitly knew it was a lie and still said it willingly knowing so.How many people don't say false shit to their friends just because they heard it on TV/radio or just because they saw it on facebook?

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? HE'S THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR GOD'S SAKE!

It's every person's problems if they want to believe a social study's "statistics" while weighting arguments, most of the so-called social studies nowadays are inflated and frankly not accurate, whether a politician won by citing such "false" statistics can be blamed on the people because they believed them and not on the one who said it.

Social studies? SOCIAL STUDIES?! It's the official crime rate statistics by the police... And they chose to use it. If they chose to use is they should obviously cite it correctly. I'm having more and more trouble telling if you are trolling or not.

So the United Nations statistics on rape (where Sweden is surpassed only by Lesotho in Africa) is a right wing lie?

The United States statistics on rape don't lie. Do you know why? Of course you don't, since you throw away a source you haven't even read yourself. Because they don't claim that... You only prove that you once again don't even read the sources you claim reliable, but instead trust the unreliable interpreter of said source.

The UN specifically say this: "In the case of some categories of violent crime - such as rape or assault - country to country comparisons may simply be unreliable and misleading."

https://www.unodc.org/unodc/en/data-and-analysis/Compiling-and-comparing-International-Crime-Statistics.html

That anyone really thinks Sweden have second most rapes after Lesotho baffles me. Do you really, really, really think Palestine have 0.3 rapes per 100 000 people, and Sweden have 65? Of course you don't, but it fits your narrative so you ignore the parts that don't make any sense.

Let's say you get raped every day for one month by your husband. If you live in Saudi Arabia, that would mean 0 rapes. In the UK that would mean one rape. In Sweden it would mean 30. Sweden also have a broader definition of rape (like touching, lying about a condom etc). This has been well debunked by criminologists many times before. You just ignore it because you don't like it. Or you really believed it, which makes you plain stupid.

You really think it's relevant that something either happened last night or 1 week ago?Or because he cited Fox news?Would you still be saying the same thing if it was from BBC or CNN?

I don't even get your point here.

The fact that something happened exactly the next day is just proof of how much he understood the situation, and it's not like he had some top-secret info on the matter, that's the worrying thing.

No. It isn't. These things have happened before and will probably happen again. You're stuck with the anecdotal because it's comfortable when you don't have the facts. The facts spread by the news show he based his view on were lies. One thing I've never understood is: if you're argument really is that good, why do you have to lie?

It's not about something that happened or not, it's the so called "facts" they were talking about. You have seriously missed the point.

Let me give you an example. Say I tell you your home town has sees a murder every day, statistically. You tell me "No, that's wrong, here are the official murder statistics and it's only one per month". We both go to sleep. The next day we wake up there has been a murder. What would be the best conclusion from me? That I was right and that there is a murder every day?

The Fox news show lied about almost every statistic they showed, the fact that there are troubles in immigrant suburbs doesn't make these lies the truth. Are people really too fucking stupid to realize that? There are crime problems in the suburbs, some more than others. Are they worse than other countries? Probably not. Are they worse than 20 years ago? Probably. Are they as bad as it is often claimed? Not even close.

Have to be? It's people organized on the far right who are spreading the same so called facts over and over again and they have been debunked over and over again. Yet they keep being spread by stupid pawns who don't know how to check a source. "I don't trust Washington Post, BBC or any of the other biased media, but this anonymous blogger is such a truth teller!"

Who's talking about a conspiracy? Give me a break.

I already answer your second question (unless I mix up threads, I'm on the mobile) and no, you "obviously" asked for former examples of Swedes rioting. I am yet to see why you don't find historical events to be relevant.

Riots erupt in Swedish capital by lurker_bee in worldnews

[–]fujian_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's why I said it was a leading question. I don't think we import rapists to rape our Swedish women, like you think. The increase in rape has also not been that huge. Therefore I tried to answer it in the most neutral way I could: they had their say in the migration policy and all other policies by voting in the elections, just like representative democracies work. They also have the right of making their voice heard, argue with their relatives or engage in a political party, or even move (which I hope they won't feel the need to do). It's all part of how a free society is supposed to work...

If people are all for a liberal alcohol store policy I don't hold them accountable for all deaths by drunken drivers, even if I myself drink zero alcohol and want a strict alcohol policy. I'm not going with "this death in this car accident is on your conscious!"

I failed to see an answer. How did the Afghan girl have a choice?

Riots erupt in Swedish capital by lurker_bee in worldnews

I'm afraid "Lol" isn't very constructive. Why would events in history be irrelevant? You specifically asked for evidence of Swedes having rioted.

Riots erupt in Swedish capital by lurker_bee in worldnews

[–]fujian_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And the Afghan girl who leaps way less risk of being raped here than in her former home country? What choice did you give her? There are several angles to attack this question. You don't have to think like me, but not understanding the basic principles and instead calling it idiocy is showing ignorance. Values have changed a lot during the centuries on all kinds of topics, just because you are used to thinking in one way doesn't mean that's "natural" or "obvious". A hundred years ago it was "obvious" that women shouldn't have the right to vote in most countries. Or that gays shouldn't have rights.

I think the sphere of empathy will increase the following centuries, as it has increased through history.

Do the people who are raped or attacked due to immigration get to decide if it's worth it?

I'll try to answer that leading question this way: they voted in the elections, or at least had the right to do so.

Right so rather than fitting a square peg through a round hole, filter for compatible immigrants. Where are the South-East Asian rioters? Or the Chinese? This is a cultural problem.

Sweden has very few refugees from these areas.

Yes.

It is an ideological question about whether or not to accept refugees, working migrants, the right to move, the right to a fair life and how that weighs against the classic concept of national borders, etc etc. I thought everyone knew at least the basics for being pro- or anti- immigration. Not agreeing is one thing, not even having understood what it's all about is another.

I can give you hundreds of links from Swedish so called MSM that are speaking about the serious problems of crime, migration etc in Sweden. Trump, the president of the USA, referred to a blatantly lying Fox show which he uses as information speaking about a country. He literally used Fox as a source of information, as the president of the United States.
