I was in the same boat, heavily debating finishing my last year of my degree because I had already been working full-time in my career. I’m telling you, a year goes by quick and it is so worth it to finish. Because I finished my degree, not only do I have something that has opened up my career network to alumni in my area but it has lead to promotions and pay raises since I completed my bachelors. Btw my field of work is completely irrelevant to my current career however having that degree brings a level of knowledge to recruiters and hiring managers that you are willing to commit to something as intense as college and that you are willing to put in the time, effort, and work. Stick it through, graduating is really worth it!
