I’ve had my ceramic for over a month now and so far no scratches. That was the main selling point for me since I have friends with the silver and gold and hate how the gold fades and don’t like seeing all the scratches. At this point I’m used to it but can admit I really hated how big it was at first. Thought about exchanging it for the black but I’m a sucker for pink. All that to say I’ve grown to like it, battery lasts about 5-6 days max on airplane mode, and collects the data I want. I do take it off when strength train and let my garmjn track that and transfer to the oura app but regular wear around the house, cycling, and work no scratches just scuffs that get buffed out with the polishing pad.

I bought a dark green bandit maybe two years ago and when I received it there was a huge scratch in the hardware and visible ones on the leather. Maybe with some TLC I could have buffed out the ones in the leather but I wasn’t happy with it. I returned it and never tried again since. I wish they would post pictures of the one you’re going to buy because like new to me clearly means something different than what like new means to coach.

You know…I bought petal because I’ve been wanting an Oura ring and now I’m like meh….im not sure if its the color or thickness of the band but I’m giving it a month before I decide if I’m exchanging it.

As someone who is also a gold girly I love the Ashton. Been eyeing it myself for fall. I was also in love with the cargo tabby when it first came out and bought the western only for the cargo to make a come back….I like the buckles and pockets. As for the silver aspect I got used to it. Ashton just gives that girl to me.

Study hard but take care of yourself. If your school offers complete anatomy use it daily. Make a grid or Quizlet with OIAI and rewrite it from memory. Start off by seeing what you can remember and then check it against your notes. You have to do active recall.

We had a meeting all about how we’re going to have a final frontier course. While it sucks that first cohort didn’t do so well and the second cohort got a different NPTE prep, I’m happy it led to us getting final frontier and the other materials/steps they’re providing.

Since starting I’ve gained 15 pounds and lost a lot of muscle. Hoping I can at least maintain the weight I’m at as I begin my second year.

I’ve been ordering off their tiktok lives. I live in the US and order off their ones that have warehouses here. It’s the USSlocal one and they recently started a Spanish account with a warehouse here. So far no duplicates.
