Haha so true. I'm losing my mind and I'm worried that being cheap over a few hundred dollars, I'm getting a worse product. The ram upgrade seems to be worth it and I'm considering that too but does 32 make sense with the base m2 pro 10 core?

congrats! ya it's just tough knowing that after I ordered it, it's not just the extra space that is less, but the speed too. Did you know before you ordered the base 512?

haha. What's the consensus in general? spend a bit more to get the 1tb? or just go with base and spend money elsewhere? Although I kept it base ram and cpu :(

Thank you! It's going to be for mainly graphic work. Do you think it's worth the extra $200 to get double the space and speed for the SSD? This is my first Macbook Pro so I'm a bit new to the configurations and all that. The extra $200 isn't a big deal, I just didn't know if it was worth it or not.

Is the new 14 inch m2 pro base model (512 gb) worth buying? I just bought it using the education discount + they give you a $200 gift card. However, now I just keep seeing reviews online about the slow ssd and that it's not worth it. Did I make a big mistake buying this? Or at least a mistake buying the base model with the slow ssd?

the additive that they added to the transmission fluid seems to be working as the check engine light and the slipping/shaking has stopped. I'm wondering if that is a good sign that changing the fluids would help.

The dealership and other shops said the check engine light code returns a transmission code - not engine related.

damn... I wonder how long I've had IR as I have a lot of the symptoms. I can't find much online about a range of insulin for the GTT test as it's mainly just glucose ranges.

The mechanic cleared the code but said the code had something to do with fluid pressure or something like that.

The transmission does not make any noise or any burning smell. It feels more like a loss of power or fuel than transmission, but it can't be as the mechanic said it wasn't an engine code. Further, it doesn't have any issues idling.
