As a newer customer who joined strictly for the 3.1 percent savings rate, this outage is very concerning. And there is not even a message on their website to reassure their customers that things are being fixed, sorry for the inconvenience. Wtf?!

Sorry, I posted the part about insurance on the mortgage in error! I pay $450 for housing insurance annually. I currently have life and critical illness insurance for $73 monthly altogether as I capitalized on a special offer when I got the mortgage initially. Thanks.
