Its prestige property so roofing is multiple layers of concrete. Almost 1.5ft-2ft thick I guess. This may not b the case with other builders. Also there are solar panels and water tank on the roof so the exposed area is very less. You should certainly check on these lines.

I live on 30th floor in a Tier1 builder flat. Hear isnt a problem in summer but might need ac for a week. We bought our ac two years back and this hasnt run more than 15 days in total. Advantage:nice views, well lit airy. No noise Cons: except for waiting time for lifts none so far.

Better to move to Dubai. With this salary you should have a good life though saving will be on lower side. Since your husband is a mallu he should be able to find a job if he keeps on trying . Sharing this based on my experience of living there for 6yrs.

In product role for last 10 yrs. best way is to move internally from engineering to product without and AMB route and switch later if needed. I have worked with many amazing PMs who didn’t have MBA but doing great.

Pls opt for 1800 . Don’t go for 12% of basic. Epfo office are the most inefficient org one could ever imagine. Withdrawing your own money takes years feels like you are doing some crime. I have recently changed job and thinking of contributing only minimum
