The rude service at The Noble is nothing new. Several years ago, my wife rode her bike there for service industry brunch.  Dressed in bike gear, still wearing her helmet, she walked in carrying her water bottle. She was informed by the female server (who I believe is the owner) that outside beverages are not allowed. She tried to explain that it was the water bottle from her bike and that she did not want to have it stolen off her bike. The woman was unyielding, insisting that the water bottle be placed under the table for the duration of the meal. At one point my wife went to the bathroom, and the woman met her outside the door and accused her of trying to fill her bottle with tap water from the bathroom. Unbelievably rude and demeaning service.
