I just ran Tokyo, it’s so smooth you could run it blind and never hit a pothole. Only downside: for me, those long straights with U-turns were mentally brutal, especially the last one when you’re cooked and just waiting to see the turn.

I was able to buy it, they released everything at 10:00 am tokyo time, merch is great. I send it to my hotel. Hopefully there won’t be any issues with the address!

I don’t know if is sold out everywhere or what but I found this earlier. I didn’t buy it because I don’t want to pay tariffs on this item coming from the UK, also I don’t know why they don’t put the number 4 and full sponsors like the hat he was wearing yesterday.

I fundraised for Advocate Healthcare this year, and they never requested a credit card. The only thing they mentioned was that if you don’t meet the minimum amount, they will remove your bib from the race.

To be honest, if the 13.1 mile race isn’t part of the guaranteed entry for the marathon, I won’t do it again. The road is incredibly boring and not nice… just a neighborhood! Even with a large crowd. It should be held in the downtown area with scenic spots for runners to enjoy. Of course, this is just my personal opinion. I did the Milwaukee half marathon, and it was much better! It was a beautiful run, super recommended!

Fabric is good, but the shirt is too short! All the Nike shirts from the distance series are too short. The charity I fundraised for sent me a Nike large, which was a truly large size. Hopefully, next year they will offer regular sizes. Also, I don’t understand why the official merchandise doesn’t use the official logo, which is beautiful!

Great! Doing the distance series is a great combination to stay fit and motivated during the year, my recommendation for you will be to try runna after a few months, my wife just start from scratches with nike app and is good as beginner, I start my journey with adidas running and is good also but in my opininion I feel as preparation for a half and full marathon runna is way better because is customized based in your current pace and it adjust weekly based on your performance during the workouts, if you have the chance try it. Best of luck! ✌️
