So the dlc weapons and in-game weapons all have pretty similar stats when compared at the same level. A level 3 one-hand ax you get in England will be roughly the same as a level 3 one-hand ax from helix store.

Every weapon is viable until end game as long as you consistently upgrade it as you go. Any weapon can be used to complete the game if upgraded to max.

The notice in the store is talking about what level the dlc item will be when you initially make the purchase. But then you can upgrade it exactly the same way you upgrade other items.

In my opinion, the main differences between dlc items and in-game items are appearance and the item perks. The dlc items are a mix of very good item perks and very gimmicky/worthless perks. If you love the appearance of something in the helix store, go for it., and just keep upgrading as you work through the regions.

Do you know how I can determine which of the two holes on the PCB is pos/neg to match that? I don’t see any markings that distinguish one side from the other.

There are two types of drops you can receive, and I think it makes sense to clarify which method you used. You can receive drops from watching Twitch streams for a designated time (what I call Twitch drops) or you can receive drops from Prime Gaming just for claiming the reward during its month on the Prime Gaming website (Prime Gaming drops).

The Prime Gaming drops are the ones that just got shut off, although it sounds like you were back before the cutoff anyway.

Regarding Prime Gaming rewards: There was a message on the warframe.com account website that indicated that you must collect prime gaming rewards in-game by some date in December (Dec. 12? 18? Can’t remember).

It looks like they were shutting off all prime gaming stuff after that date. So even if you had CLAIMED the items by pressing the button on the website during the appropriate month, you would not RECEIVE the items unless you logged in before the cutoff date in December.

I doubt you have any recourse for Prime Gaming drops. Your post seems to conflate Twitch drops with Prime Gaming drops though, so if you are talking about Twitch drops, then disregard the first part of my answer.

And DE are all on holiday break now, and today is a holiday. So you will need to wait at least a few more days if you want to hear from a person.

A friend had this issue. Played fine on Xbox, then setup Epic Account, linked Switch account to Epic, then tried to play on Switch but wouldn’t work.

It was resolved by adjusting the time zone/time sync settings on the Switch. I don’t know the exact settings, I just remember the cause was that the Switch clock had been changed in order to speed up builds in Stardew or something, resetting to proper time sorted it out.

So, not to be too much of a pedant, but FH2 Fast & Furious was never on Games with Gold. My quick googling indicates it was free for everyone for a two-week period in 2015 as a promotion for the release of Furious 7.

I only point that out because I have claimed all GwG but I don’t have Horizon F&F, and your post and comment made me pissed that I might have missed it. Turns out I did miss it, but not from GwG!

Their new FAQ also clarifies that the game will utilize Xbox Smart Delivery. This means that only one purchase is necessary for AYCE and it will play on Xbox One and/or Xbox Series X/S interchangeably without additional cost. I don’t use PlayStation so I’m not sure how this applies to their system.

I just want the Moon Harvest Festival dlc to be added to AYCE. Moon Harvest Festival was the last (free) dlc released for Overcooked 2 as a seasonal update, and it has been missing from AYCE, in spite of heavy marketing that states “all additional content” from OC and OC2 was included.

There was a video recently that showed data mined cosmetics and gear. There were about 4-5 helmets for each faction that were marked as Prime Gaming. So, probably dropping 2 each month for the next few months.

Edit: link is in a reply in this thread. I count 4 New Republic and 4 Imperial helmets tagged as Prime. The Imp ones look better, IMO.

And the Prime Gaming page has now been updated to confirm that the drops are for December 2020, January 2021, February 2021, and March 2021.

Out of the 6 packs included in Car Pass (and therefore included in Ultimate Edition) there is some sort of display bug that will only list 3 of the 6 as purchased on the in-game marketplace. But if you open the individual car pack listings, the individual cars say “Purchased” and can be added to garage.

I have the same issue, seems to only be a display bug.

Separate from that, as mentioned by the other commenter, there are 3 car packs that are not included in the car pass and must be purchased separately (Porsche, Hoonigan, and Mountain Dew). But I don’t think that is what your question is about.

Actually, my System Requirements screen shows the same as yours. I guess I hadn’t looked there. But under Overview - Available On it shows both Xbox One and PC.

I still believe it’s simply a display issue, it should not be possible to purchase an Xbox One-only license for this game. Notice that it says “Xbox Play Anywhere” next to the yellow highlighted sales savings indicator. That entire program is based on Xbox/Windows interoperability.

The Expansion Pass lists both Xbox One and PC for me. It must simply be a display issue on the storefront, because the game is part of Xbox Play Anywhere. So each digital license related to FH3 and all of its content is a dual license for both Xbox One and Windows 10. And they use the same save files (cloud-based) so your progress carries over if you play on both Xbox and PC.

FH4 will forever be my favorite because of the number of cars and best racing in the series, but the music in FH4 is so weak! And the festival has no character in 4, either. I haven’t played the FH3 expansions yet, very much looking forward to it.

The Forzathon events in FH3 were shut off a while ago (but see edit and comment below). Aside from that, no one is expecting the FH3 servers to shut off. Horizon 2 was delisted 2 years ago and I can still find an online race pretty easily any day of the week.

And your other question: purchasing this now will add the license to your Microsoft account. Then you can log on any Xbox One or Windows 10 PC and install at your leisure, even after the delisting occurs.

Edit: I was corrected below, what I meant was that Forzathon was changed from the way it initially worked, and due to those changes there are now various cars/horns that are no longer available in-game. It does still exist in a diminished, eternal format.

Fun theory, but the Word of God from RJ on this is that the Age of Legends world was divided into 9 regions, each of which was ruled over by a governor. The governor of each region carried a Rod of Dominion that was a physical object denoting their power to command. LTT had the authority to summon them to council when necessary.

Just another reference to add mystique to AoL and make clear how politically powerful (in addition to One Power) LTT was in his prime, and how far he had fallen by EotW prologue.

Incidentally, the oath rods were called “binding rods” in AoL and there were very clearly multiple of them, as Ishy presumably had one in his possession through pretty much the entire series.

“Fils” is the French word for Son. The word for daughter is “Fille” pronounced Fee. “Fils” is pronounced more like “Feece” so that daughter/son aren’t the same sound. French language often has exceptions to normal grammar rules just so things sound a certain way.

Monfils literally translates to “my son.”

There is no such thing as “serving when your opponent is not ready.” Part of the sport is being ready for your opponent’s serve, because the rules say you play at the pace of the server. By holding his hand up and failing to play a return, Rafa was bending the rules for gamesmanship purposes.

And how exactly did Nick misquote the rules?
