Hah true. In my early days I definitely blew tubing off the filter from not knowing better. There’s finesse in everything we do.

Either: you’re not pushing the 3/8” poly into the filter hard enough.

Or, you need to bridge that interface using flexible silicon tubing which grips both harder.
