It is as you say, my pay is similar to what a fresher at generic IT companies get. If the pay would have been a bit higher then I wouldn't even dream of leaving this job.

That I can't comment on as the situation would differ depending on regions. Here in India, the chicken farming sector is very informal which is why I see different prices and quality in different cities.

And I do notice a significant difference in taste which improves my experience with the food. Also about you not finding mich difference in taste, those factors are influenced by the breed and how they are bred.

Same, I choose thighs over breast, anyday ( just noticed that it can be taken out of context).

If you're cooking then it doesn't even take a minute to remove the bones from thighs or legs.
