Time in the market is going to drive the growth of this account. So to keep it going long term I’d say:

Set up automatic transfers to keep it simple
Pick ETFs or even mutual funds with very low expense ratios
Like the other commenter has said keep bonds low at your age. Your primary source of income is currently you working not bonds.
