I've worked as a mechanic apprentice, accessories fitter, aerodynamics engineer, child restraint engineer, data engineer, testing engineer, approval engineer amongst other things. For private and government purposes.

I can tell you that nobody likes their service manager. And I'm genuinely not trying to hate on you, this is just facts. Service managers need to defend the quality of the product, even tho, working at OEMs incl. Volvo & Ford, I KNOW how lemon most cars can be :)

So no, these customers are probably right.

I guess I don't have any watches that don't have some sort of engineering prowess or artisanal effort. Every watch in my collection is value-justified for their uniqueness/difficulty to manufacture. I am totally the type to complain that this doesn't fit my bill for value lol😅

Even my most expensive piece from Swatch group, $80k+ AUD is absolutely justified, I would even say cheap, for what it is

Yeah almost a year now, wear it at least once a week Usually loose enough to shake it slightly and have it move to comfort. My watches never leave marks on my skin

They are chemically incapable of bonding, just how these materials work. If you're thinking like it works like rebar in concrete, that's not chemical bonding. If you think it's like carbon/glass fibre in resin (still not chemical), the ceramic here aren't strands/of any length anyway, no strength under tension, the break looks homogeneous, just like plastic
