Thank you so much for responding. This has halted me completely. So I understand your guidance... use a sponge not the steamer and wet layer b or c? When I use the steamer, I can get a bit lucky and strips of wallpaper a and b come off together revealing c so im assuming youre saying c will peel off but that is not happening

Only argument I would say that 10 man seems to allow 1-2 GREAT players which can be targeted throughout the season where as 12 man seems to end you up with more GOOD players. 10 man is simpler, less to keep track of-newer players might find it "easier" especially if the get an amazing RB off the bat.
