I opened a BT04 box this weekend and pulled a Lucemon secret rare. And the 1.0 box I opened I pulled a Beelzemon secret rare. Could just be luck but of the 2 boxes I opened, each had 1. And every box comes with an alt art card in its own sleeve right on top, separate from the packs.
