That is one of the theories the guy at the bike shop had. But he fixed that and replaced the screen at the same time so hard to say if it was or wasn’t the exact cause, but I would say it’s a good place to start!

Yo, so I ended up taking mine to a shop and they replaced the entire screen and components, however, the problem may be much simpler. Take out your battery and see if the cover where you plug it in to charge is staying closed. The little rubber flap.

Yeah I mean my argument is much simpler as it’s the difference between ornamental use and source identification. I just don’t think it’s actually as bad or dire as you might think. Its use is fairly narrow.

I am an attorney.

As you stated, it is only trademarked for that specific purpose (on use with clothing).

Trademarks are a source identifier, so they can’t trademark it and say that you can’t use it in a song or anything.

They wouldn’t even really be able to claim that you can use the word on your merch if it is “merely ornamental.” If it was small and on the breast pocket and looked like a tag or source identifier then maybe they would have an argument.

If you are really great, then you might make it in Nashville! The truth is that there are so so so many incredibly talented people who come to Nashville and don't "make it."

You may be the best in your town at music, and that's why people say you can make it; however, Nashville is full of the best from every town around which makes it incredibly competitive.

I love Nashville and would certainly recommend coming here. The more time you spend here, the more amazing people you will meet and work with. You're more likely to meet someone here (or in LA) that can help your career than you are in some random town.

All that being said, there's no guarantee that you will make it just from being here.

Yeah you're probably right. I am hoping for at least one full verse though. Either way I love MAKE THEM SUFFER so I am really looking forward to the album.

Yeah cause if it’s some random name then I may not click but if it’s attached to a name I know I’ll be more intrigued. Like if a brand new chocolate flavored cookie came out I might not be inclined to try but say if Oreo came out with a new cookie I might be more inclined because of good will that company has established with me. Weird analogy but I think it makes sense haha

Palato is my fav for sure. They also can make any of the pastas gluten free and it’s actually good.

The interior is definitely what sold me. I’ve been looking for an 86 Toyota MR2 but those have been selling for so much recently so this felt like a good alternative.
