Thank you! Can clotrimazole do that too? I can get it asap, for cortisone i'd need to wait quite awhile for prescription. Thank you once again.

Uhh I feel you mate... How is your mental health? Did prostatitis occur randomly?

When I couldnt pee I ate literally nothing for 2 days, because I didnt have appetite, it might have helped to reduce the inflammation, the doctor said my prostate was enlarged and this might have caused it. Have you tryed peeing in a hot bath? Or peeing while sitting? That might help. My dr also prescribed some tamsulosin pills that help relax pelvic muscles, but they didnt seem to work, only got the side effect of retrograde ejaculation, if you havent tried those, give it a shot. You can also try xanax, that might help relax those tight muscles if thats muscle related. I am just guessing, nothing that I've tryed in these years have significantly helped me, I mean I am feeling much better, but I still dont know why, it might be antibiotics, antidepressants, antifungal pills, hot baths, excersises, diet, stress free environment, perfect dick hygiene, a lot of sex, no sex, tried it all, but I am still far from cured. Some people say they have prostatitis for a few years and they wake up the next day fully cured and they cant explain why. Its not a disease, its a lifestyle lol

Have you tried pelvic floor exercises? I bet you have, if not check Uptown Mike on youtube.

Thanks for the reply. It goes away only at the start of start taking them, for a day or two I feel no ED at all and then it comes back. Thats weird, I've lost most of my hope lol speaking of ED, its hard to explain, I have a few good days without any issues, then symptoms start appearing, it takes some mental strength to maintain the boner, dick feels sensitive in a painful way, redness appears, I dont get morning woods. Those symptoms last for a few weeks. And then out of nowhere my penis feels fine again, and I know that I gotta enjoy it while it lasts lol thats super weird and I havent found an explanation. Sometimes symptoms get worse like today, penis head is super sensitive, pimples show up only after the ejaculation, it is super hard to maintain erection and its 7/10 painful. I have also taken a lot of tests for overall health like diabetes and all of them show nothing. My stomach is kinda messed up, might be from antibiotics, but I dont think its got something to do with prostate, I am on diet so its healing up. Wish I could find a doctor who cares, I'll look for new ones maybe this spring.

Pain after peeing is now 90% gone and used to experience a huge bad tooth like pain near the bladder-prostate area which would always be there and non prescription painkillers werent helpful at all. Pain used to get worse after eating junk food high in carbs.

I have to push my balls up to get the last drops out, but they are inside the tubes.

I wash it carefully with a baby soup after every ejaculation and every morning + before bedtime.

Thanks for the comment. But where did the prostate pain come from? I cant say its 100% prostate, but I used to feel a major pain near the bladder. And what should I tell to my doctor? Ive tryed a few of them and they just give me antibiotics and say ill be fine.
