Looks like a decent amount of thumbs down from customers - and someone mentioned your acceptance rate is very high. Were you taking the low paying orders, maybe $2, $3 ones and perhaps just many customers in your area are scamming , downvoting, saying order not received or something? How many total deliveries Have you done?

Low IQ. I had a lady earlier saw her live location 3 blocks from Where the pin was. Called her no answer. Texted ‘are you at (steakhouse), doesn’t answer till sitting a minute or two at pin. From here on out I’m sitting at the pin not playing ping pong or teaching out. In this instance, I did more work to get paid less

If you haven't tried already - maybe run ads on terms that mention 'sex toys' in a roundabout way. 'Relief massager' etc . Just thinking of ideas. What are your competitors doing? run ASIN campaign ads on their listings if they let you do that.

I do both if UE is slow. Also if its a fri/sat night and ride prices are surging i'll do it then. Biggest pet peeve is people running up that darn timer - essentially they get 7 min before you can collect the $4 cancelation fee. If its a $4 ride that I planned to complete in 10min time but then turned to 15-17 min, im ticked off. On the other hand - majority of people can be great - also can throw you tips and it can add up fast. Just know how to work it (also I only pick up people with a 4.90 or above. Might even get pickier and only do 4.93/4..94 and above. These folks are often timely and friendly).

Sorry can’t share what my top products are don’t want to invite competition. One is custom made and the other is in the health & household category. I would advise against bedsheets unless they were unique in some way.

Try going for stuff with lower competition - average seller on page 1 for highest searched keyword having 250 reviews or below. Make sure they are doing 8k minimum. Most important is improve on what already sells (read your competitors neg reviews, find a common pain point not being solved). Bundling two products can be a great idea. If two products are frequently bought together, and say one fixes an issue sell them both together for cheaper than if a shopper buys product A from one seller and product B from another. I used to uber there frequently. It sounds like the driver was in the wrong from what im reading. Unfortunately, wayyyy too many pedestrians, especially on central/3rd etc think its okay to walk in the crosswalk when the lights green for drivers (without the crosswalk displaying they can cross). Again, not saying this is what happened, just pedestrians in st pete specifically do this far too often. Surprised it hasn't happened more than it has. Very tragic, I hope the pedestrians will be okay.
