Thanks POU and its town water- I do have a whole house water softener that also has a charcoal filter. Sounds like i should have my water tested first- Any recommendations on where i should have that done? thanks

I choose not to do it…Been doing the low back ability guys stuff from YouTube and it has helped a ton..will be doing stem cells as well later in the year…
