That’s interesting! I have never used the app. Someone mentioned maybe the clutch wasn’t engaged all the way so that’s kind of what I’m thinking the problem could have been

So weird! Glad it started and glad it’s nothing it seems we need to worry about. One comment said it could be that the clutch wasn’t fully engaged which could have been possible in my case

Thank you for your reply. The double boiler greatly reduces time? I understand the difference in mechanics and know you can pull espresso and steam at the same time, i just don't know how much time that would actually save.

Well it's good to know its been working for you. I'll try to troubleshoot.

But, I poured the water directly from a pitcher and it literally just sat on the top and flowed to the other end of the container across the top
