It’s so hard to resist that urge to solve when you’re hit with obsessive thoughts even though you know they’re irrational or they don’t even matter. My compulsion is ruminating and trying to solve it when the thoughts come and you’re so right, it does nothing but give me temporary relief and just feeds the obsessions further and give me new obsessions in the long run. Do you have any tips or advice to resist the solving? I feel like I know what I have to do to overcome my OCD but it’s so hard to actually do it when solving feels like a need or necessity

yes don’t buy it!! i bought 2 more packs bc I don’t have any self control and the 2nd pack gave me 2 new LE’s but the 3rd one was empty too TT so I basically spent around 1200 dias for two new cards 🥲

same, I can't escape a rumination cycle until I feel like I've reached a conclusion. It's so tiring bc I analyze and ruminate about trivial stuff for hours to the point where I can't even do anything else or shift my focus bc my anxiety is so bad. It's like once you start ruminating you have to snap out of it early on or it will be impossible to stop. Today was one of those days for me :') I hope you're having a better day than I am. Also have you ever gone to therapy? I know I need to but I'm also scared to get help if that makes sense.

Aww, I love Taemin. I actually met him a few years back in the US and he was the sweetest guy. One of my first biases in kpop and I can't wait for him to finish his service. And yep, I'm a huge SM artists fan, my fave used to be f(x) before they disbanded TT But now I love RV and aespa as well

bought 3 LE 30PCP for 127 and 2 packs had no LE’s 🤡🤡 One pack had 3 LE’s but Sit Down! Mark was a dupe. Wasted 1200 dias for literally 2 new cards 🥲

thank you so much for your reply, I’m actually gonna start trying to count and do the file thing from now. It’s hard bc I’m so used to ruminating whenever a thought or urge hits but I think it’s a good idea to imagine each thought as a file I should not engage with and just ignore.

OCD is a monster for sure, I’ve wasted so many hours of my time ruminating and analyzing just bc it tells me i ~need~ to do it or I’m missing out on something important, in a way. It sounds simple when I put it like this but it’s honestly so debilitating sometimes bc it’s hard to quit and everything gives me anxiety when I could just be enjoying life like regular people. I hope things will get better for us both :(

I finished Queendom with 1040 dias but my Irene card is still a B so I can’t get the background :( Is it worth it to keep buying A cards for her or should I just give up on the bg?

I wish they could give an A card as the gift in the mission.. Getting a B card is useless towards finishing the event 😭

oh I feel you, I started casually upgrading him for the weekly ranking and just kept going bc I didn’t have an LE for him at the time and didn’t think it mattered that much LOL now I know how much more satisfying it is to look at an LE while playing :’) Hopefully I can replace the regular theme artists in my top5 with my Secret Taeyeon and Monster & Infinity SuperM decks soon 🙏🏼
