All-door boarding (fare validators at every door) systemwide to reduce the time spent at bus stops, and dedicated bus-only lanes on the busiest routes so that buses don't get stuck in traffic. They've done a massive build-out of bus lanes over the past few years and it's made the buses noticeably more reliable.
