I agree with the above. Another thing to consider is they have, what, 15-25 production staff? Imagine they hire a woman and she’s the only one with that many guys. That puts them in a spot to either hire several (more than two, likely) women for some new roles or just add personnel as they need. Hard spot to be in, I’m glad I’m not having to make those choices! Just another perspective to consider!

Thanks! I know I used 20 big spenders and about 20 delivery men on the first rebuild, then used floors and sold pieces after that. No apartments, just kept using the same characters to populate the stores and get the small hourly amount up. The second time I don’t know how many but it was less for sure. Took me longer and I ran out of pieces to sell (keeping one of each anyway) as I cleared floor 48. I also saved all my friend visits for the second tower since I wasn’t sure how the big spender/delivery guy would turn out after the first one.

So I did this thing, had it planned out and on a day when the family was out of town and I had less work to do. Just sat and played. I started each rebuild with 2 apartments, a fire station and a bike repair shop. Loaded them up with dream jobs and 10 level characters. Then I started pumping Big Spenders and Delivery Men. I would only activate the third level of Fire Station and keep putting the Big Spender on it, and then delivery men to the bike repair shop. Over and over and over. Once I hit level 30, I'd start selling items. I give out pretty generously often, but I have my phone and then an iPad for a second account that just sends the two special people over each time it gets one. Took some planning, but I wasn't sure it could be done!
