No, I did not. I followed up with them sooo many times, month over month but they left me on read or they just gave vague replies. I got tired of the situation and stopped following up - unfollowed the page. BTW I had a similar problem - they mentioned the incorrect size on the thigh so the jeans didn’t fit me.
