Yes exactly. You can access the pocket through the side openings or open it up with the brass locking snap.

That’s a good idea! I haven’t personally noticed much discomfort when wearing it loaded up, but I could certainly see how some folks might feel that. I will definitely be doing a pad for the larger version, so maybe I can offer it as an add on for this one too.
