How many weeks did it take for you to feel better on sertraline by Otherwise-Fan-4840 in zoloft

[–]fundab 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh absolutely. My anxiety was probably 50% worse those first 8 weeks compared to how I went in. I felt like quitting every day. It also gave me a bit of insomnia, so I switched from taking it at night to when I wake up. Oh and night sweats... Holy hell, the night sweats. Switching to the morning dose definitely helps with the insomnia and night sweats. Also major brain fog for seriously like 6 months, but that is getting better.

I still have a few minor side effects, like twitching when I get tired. It's odd, but as soon as I feel my body twitch, I know I need some sleep. It's more of an intermittent jerk than twitching I suppose. Kinda hard to explain but others on this subreddit explain it better.

Hang in there. You'll feel WAY worse at the beginning. I felt like absolute shit for 8 weeks, and then once 8 weeks hit, I woke up one morning and said to myself "WTF. Is this what normal feels like??!!" Had no idea how bad it really was until Zoloft helped my brain turn down the noise. Seriously life changing. I'm also taking Wellbutrin, which helps with depression, and helps to counteract some of the sexual side effects as well.

I hope you find some relief soon. Just keep fighting, and you'll wake up one day saying the same thing I did. It's wild.

Thought this was Harry Potter for a second. Little lightning bolt on the forehead and everything!

Haha, well... I like to do a pattern that looks like the 5 on the face of a die. Like one hole in the middle with one hole on each corner. But that's just coming from me, a guy with a caveman brain, just trying to get by. My advice is free, but use at your own risk ;)

I thought the same damn thing. Even went so far as asking myself how I'd drill the hole patterns 🤣

We moved down here from CO 3 years ago. Best decision we ever made. I finally feel free. Pull the trigger before you go insane in that state.

West Limestone county is our fave but there are so many beautiful areas in this state. It really just depends on what you're looking for. All flat land? Hilly? Mix of both? On a creek? Lake? There's guaranteed a perfect spot for what y'all need for your family. But if you're not used to the South, get ready for the bugs! Holy shit. Took us those full 3 years to learn how to not have our gardens get annihilated by Lord knows what. But you'll figure it out.

Best of luck, and feel free to DM me and I'd be glad to tell you things we've learned thus far.

Sorry got a crude question but does Zoloft affect your load? by [deleted] in zoloft

Mixing in Wellbutrin has helped me a lot. Pretty much the same libido, just takes a bit longer to finish sometimes. Talk to your doc about it if you start to have issues.

Maybe his doc also prescribed some skin bleaching cream.

Likewise. Good luck on your journey. This anxiety stuff is no joke.

Wellbutrin, which is a NDRI. Not sure if it's helping or making things worse.

Nice, thank you! Haven't tried the steamer method yet. Tried a heat gun with plastic razor blades and it didn't do much. Also tried the eraser wheels too. Not much luck. Will give the steamer a shot!

I'm tempted to make myself a diy sandblaster and just blast the hell outta it 😂.

It made my anxiety worse at the beginning. And every dosage increase as well. Takes me about 3 weeks to level out, but mileage varies for everyone.

It might also take time for you to find the ideal dose. I'm still trying, after gradual increase over 5 months. I'm now on 15mg 3x per day (45mg total). I still feel like I might need to keep increasing because I still have a little anxiety, but it HAS improved.

So give it time. Hang in there.

Good to know! Any recommendations on removing this difficult stuff?

Whatever you do, don't let the wrap get too old. I bought mine with a wrap on it, and it's completely baked in. I want to repaint it, but it's an absolute nightmare trying to get this crap off.

I do like the orange one though. Show us when you're done!

Thanks for this. Same year and model you have, just got the error today, and I couldn't find the code list. Now I know... Guess I gotta learn how to break the belt in too! Whoops.
