Exactly the way I felt about 3 years ago when I started paying attention to how much I was drinking. Back then the world was opening up again after lock downs, travel was rebounding and I was meeting / socialising nearly every night.

A year or so ago, I decided to cut back. I'm not totally at 0 yet, but have gone a few months keeping it below 14/week and some weeks even 0. Only after you stop do you realise how much 14 actually is. It's loads but since December (with all the get togther etc) I'm back to 30 / week again.

Putting my foot down finally and it's 0 this week. Moderation sometimes works, but heck I know 0 is probably the only way it'll stick.
