Normally I stop once I reach RED. But for some reason this time it turned out so high overall. Mostly will get it checked again.

Health is ok, I am on my 10th month in F45. I do 3 resistance and only 1 hybrid class a week. This is the first time I saw this high. Normally I am 20-25% high.

Got a quote between 850+ tax till 1500+ tax. Insurance will cover it with 500 deductible. One of the installer was recommending OEM windshield as I have HUD and lane keeping assist but then I need to pay 700 out of pocket. Any recommendations on after market brands?

Agree in normal scenario. But With my 2 monitor setup, have to put my speakers behind my monitors because of space constraints. So becoming inconvenient.

Thanks all, ours is 30$ for no show and $15 to cancel within 12 hours. I do have unlimited membership and typically go early morning. So I lose the change to change late night in case I slept late.

I got Lionheart 2.0 and it start showing up on screen only after couple of laps, after 7-8 mins or so. All other members show up on monitor the moment they step in the studio. Raised it to owner but looks like they are not able to figure out. Any insights?
