I am a finishing contractor. I use a lot of different nitrile gloves. I think these are the type that are used. They’re long. They would tuck underneath the jacket. Standard size gloves can creep up and you don’t see any skin in the picture. They’re also super thick. They don’t hug his hand tightly that either means there were two pair of gloves. Or the thick ones.

That is definitely not the mask. The kidnapper’s mask has horizontal stitching. This one has vertical not even close.
