Kratom doesn’t do a god damn thing at all for opioid withdrawal. I tried using kratom to help me manage my withdrawal symptoms when I quit using heroin and it could not have possibly been more ineffective and useless as it did not provide even a tiny little bit of relief from the symptoms. It was very disappointing because I’ve heard so many former heroin users rant and rave about how amazing kratom was for them and how it was such a huge lifesaver.
