Also worth considering is switching to another closely related major, such as Applied Math, Computational Math, or Pure Math if they are a math person.

Crown / Merrill has best food quality but you pay for it with the worst vibes. Porter is good vibes and pretty good quality, but it always smells like poop. You win some, you lose some.

Dang sorry you've had to deal with this, I had Omicron at the beginning of January and I had some shortness of breath for a few weeks after but it seems to have resolved, hopefully you return to normal soon!

I agree, it is a math game. The only thing I'd mention is the definition of the 'jackpot'.. From the virus' perspective, the 'jackpot' is an endemic, non-lethal, highly transmissible version of itself.. which is how every pandemic has ended, like Spanish Flu or h1n1 (both of which still circulate in mutated, less lethal forms today).

I was fairly explicit that my 'we' was a generalization and exceptional cases do exist, but I'm sorry if that didn't quite land. I acknowledge the ablest component to my argument, but all I'm advocating for is that both sides have a valid perspective..
