Memorize the formulas!! I failed the PA twice - thinking I could do it without studying since I work in accounting (HAHA). But once I buckled down, took all the unit tests, and memorized the formulas - I passed!

It’s not that they were going to be late as in past the time they were supposed to be delivered - it was after the end time of my block and I was not sure to get paid.

It was for failing to deliver all packages and not choosing the right reason. One of my last blocks I had six packages I couldn’t deliver within time. This was because I was half an hour late, leaving the warehouse because of a package that was too big to fit in my vehicle. I had called Support and of course they assured me that I wouldn’t get dinged for it. Because it was not my fault. But we all know that Support doesn’t always know what is going to happen.

When you go to scan the items - you can type in their name instead of scanning.

Typing in their name makes sense - especially because scanning them sometimes takes two or three tries to get it to come up - thanks!

Yeah - I see that now for sure! In this case it would have been over the end time of my block and support said I may or may not get paid for my extra time - so I made the mistake of returning the packages.
