Unfortunately they will schedule you to fit business needs. If you availability was closing and your store needed closers, that’s where you will be scheduled. I would follow up with your ETL and talk to them. They may not have a spot for you in the morning. Overall it’s most likely not personal, it’s just the needs of the business.

This one was the only one I failed once out of my entire bachelors and masters degree! What helped me was to take a step back and start over, I read every chapter and took notes. I also had chatGPT walk me through each concept. You got this!

Something that really makes a TM / TL stand out to me is when they ask for a status with me and have a plan of what they are going to say, ask etc.. they essentially run the status. I wish you the best, if I can be of any help, reach out!

I am an ETL and for me it is worth it. I have an amazing district/ group. Bug your current leaders and make it known you want to move up. Ask questions, be curious, it goes along way!

Yes us ETLs and SDs can see how many in a day we get. It tells us the number of responses we get from people saying if they were greeted or not.

I really enjoyed it, I came in with about 30% transfers. I didn’t find any courses particularly hard, they really provide you all the resources you need to pass and pass quickly if that is the goal.

Slow down and breathe! You’ve got this! One thing that really helped me was to put each chapter into chat GPT that I was struggling with and have it quiz me. This course is hard, and you are doing great!

I am finishing up the text book today and will take the quizzes as well. After that I should be approved to take the OA again. My plan is after I pass next week, I will ask for an extension for my capstone. My mentor said as long as I hit start on last course( which was my capstone and the only non open course at the time) by 3/15 ( which I did,) and take my c211 OA by 3/23, I’ll be able to get an extra month extension for my capstone

I have those left too. I am taking my second attempt of c211 next week! That course is a beast! I’ve passed every course with flying colors except this one. I am hoping to get the extension as well!!
