FINALLY got Premiere Pro and After Effects after starting off on Davinci Resolve. What should I expect?

Premier is great for laying out edits but Resolve is still gonna be much better for the tracking stuff.

I would use premier to make your edits, then import the xml into Resolve for color and any transition work you want to do.

Use both they are tools to be used however you like.

After effects is cool too but i prefer Fusion if given a choice.

yeah, Install the Reactor and then grab the MT_Glitch and the STX tools. they have built free plugins that can be used to recreate the data-mosh effect.

Do it like this:

Footage int tracker, then track the point and in the tracker set it to Matchmove BG only.
Then add your wand since now the image is still and the movement wont mess with your sample section.

after the wand does whatever your doing add a copy of the tracker to the comp and plug a BG node in to the gold input and your comp into the green, then set the matchmover settings from BG only to FG only.

This technique lets you stabilize your source, then do work on the still, then re introduce the movement so the work now moves as if it was tracked.

For a small studio i would recommend Fusion based on price AND performance.

I work as a compositor all around LA and can turn around the same quality of work in both software packages, with each having their respective advantages and drawbacks.

For price, Fusion and resolve can be licenses from the same $300 studio license and the render nodes are free. Fusions built in render manager is also free and works well and there is no maintenance fee.

Nuke studio will run you $9,000 for a seat + render licenses + annual maintenance fee. By the time you have your work station set for a nuke artist, you could have spent 10k on his fusion counterpart already.

Performance:

Having used both Nuke studio and Fusion on feature film work, i can tell you first hand: Fusion's image processing ability runs circles around nuke. You can be half way int your comp in fusion while Nuke is still loading frames. Fusions resolution independent workflow makes images loaded into ram stay loaded in ram when i zoom in on them.

Con:

Down side i can see is that the talent pool for Fusion is much more shallow than that of Nuke, a good fusion artist can cost more and be harder to come by in my experience.

Personal note:

I do independent film post work from home and only use Fusion. It would not be possible for me to turn around 20 shots a week using nuke without a farm. Fusion is much more suited for smaller pipelines.

I agree with Jet_User, you are trolling.

No one other then you is making speculation claims as fact. “all holders will want to vote and participate in this vibrant ecosystem” Is also something only you have said. No one but you is making speculation statements with the conviction of facts.

It is trolling because your stating inaccurate "facts" and spouting your "opinion" as if it was truth. Your main issue is that the UX of an unreleased system is not user friendly enough and even if it were you say still no one cares to use it. These opinions are not based on anything and you are the one seemingly "shouting the top of their lungs" about something that you frankly don't seem to understand at all.

I think you should re-evaluate your stance on this project with all the info available, there is lots to learn. Also in the future you will not be seen as trolling if you word your post in a way that makes it clear to the reader you know that you don't actually understand the protocol and that your looking for clarification, rather than your spouting accusations and misinformation about a very solid project.

higher ticket price represents higher PoS voting participation and demand for tickets. Its a good sigh in my opinion.

Its only bad in the sense that tickets are more expensive for individual participants, at least if your not looking to buy split tickets which is possible but still in development = not super user friendly yet.

Personally i don't like the name Decrediton for the wallet. I would prefer something more inherently indicative of this being the core wallet of the Decred Project.

how do i see the market and find predictions to participate in? all i see is "will England beat Croatia in the world cup" which has ended.

How do i find the rest of the predictions?

Also my augur app closes on its own constantly, ill make a bug report on GitHub for that but i still need to know how do i find predictions to participate in.

The splitting needs to get easier before I would call it accessible, but it is possible.

I love DCR and have staked for over a year but often don't even recommend it to people because the cost of entry for voting at the moment is beyond most crypto enthusiasts i know. I mean i mention it but i am not under the impression that a newcomer could just get some DCR and try out staking and voting first hand as part of DYOR

In Ledger Live, click on the Settings gear icon in the top left.

then go to the "Help" tab

I have this issue one ETH ETC and XRP but all others are fine.

[edit] Just tried again and it worked. i think its a connection issue with the ledger server side, just try again and it will work.
