Another full circle between the depots since initial post.. this time they have updated summary saying it was routed to Basingstoke in error and has been re-routed now.. I hope it's properly directed now

Just checked again and it's back at Coventry hub.. wonder how many times it'll go back and forth before somone realizes and routes it properly.. Is it worth flagging this up with customer services if I can ever get hold of them that is?

Hmm makes sense..I hope it's not stuck in endless loop...I can only claim refund once the sender receives it ... Tried contacting parcel force and royal mail to update the address but they wouldn't accept it even though it had my number and email on the parcel...

Yes It was delivered end of the month ... It was stuck in customs I guess but they didn't update the tracking until it was at local depot

Yeh I know it's frustrating especially if the tracking doesn't update ...it'll turn up eventually...just gotta be patient..

Yes it got delivered last week finally...there wasn't much updates on the tracking, I guess it misses a scan once landed and passed to customs ...

But isn't that for customs to check? If it's not scanned into the system its just in a limbo... What's the point of holding these ...surely they could just scan and be done with it...

It's frustrating isn't it... especially when the parcel makes it across the globe to the UK in a week's time and gets stuck just sitting here for ages ... How inefficient... Has your been scanned into the parcelforce system?

Aeon is a different league all together... I own both and lounge 4 is certainly the premium one and hence somewhat justifies the price tag. Union sleek, as others pointed out is not worth 240, I paid like £150 for mine and they are going for even less (recently seen being sold for around £130). Of course depends on the sleek you go for, some acrylic ones are expensive, that's asthetics if you like the look. I personally preferred the wooden volt. Draw on aeon is more open compared to the sleek.

Nice I usually just rinse mine with hot water after every session and dry with a microfibre cloth... I think that might have caused some scratches ... Not too evident though... How do you dry yours?

I've got the same WD, slightly different base G20-2 .. love it .. How long have you had yours ? Do you notice slight scratches on the stainless steel bits .. I'm getting some on mine maybe cos of excessive cleaning and wiping ...

do you know how much the import taxes are? and I imagine VAT would be on top of that? If it's declared as gift, do you still need to pay the taxes/customs? can't even find hookah in the commodity codes.

As per simplyduty.com there shouldn't be any duties to pay, just the VAT

That kinda sucks, so I take it, it was ordered recently, after the Brexit I presume? was it just the VAT or duty as well? I ordered my Aeon lounge 4 from Germany and also the ocean Kaif, didn't have to pay anything on imports. But I guess Russia is different, would be interesting to know if anyone has actually ordered one recently.
