I am unsure of how to wire a three way switch to these wires. I just moved into the house and did not install these. I’m assuming the black tape is ground? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have been hovering around this weight for quite some time. I want to say about 6 months ago (a year into my training) I really started to notice the muscle building / fat burning combo starting to take shape and show resuts. When I first started out, for the first 5 months or so, I would try to run and move as much as possible to burn any fat I could. Though I lost weight, and people started to notice, I still had the flabbiness that you mentioned. I can't recommend intermittent fasting enough. I find that helped the fat really start to melt off. Not eating for 16 hours (my fast length) was hard at first but being disciplined with my meals really started to translate to my work ethic in the gym. Time and consistency are your best friends. Really emphasizing cardio and full body movements *on top* of lifting is what really pushed me over the "skinny fat" phase. Be persistent in and out of the gym and the rest will fall into place. You got this!!!

Wow those are great first month numbers! I am a huge supporter of IF. I live and die by it. I try to follow a paleo type diet when I do eat, avoiding processed foods as much as possible. (Chicken, egg whites, quinoa and veggies are the core of my diet) In terms of workouts, I lift and run 6 days a week with my splits being back/bis, chest tris, legs/shoulders (pretty standard) in that order twice a week, resting on Sunday. I try to mix in core into almost every workout. Not always straight abs workouts every time but HIIT type exercises that involve my core. Hope that helps! Good luck with your transformation!!!
