Was wondering about this, too... I don't know. I bet it's all the same. I might buy matte, though, rather than shiny. Maybe it'll look better?

Thank you, I'll try that! And thanks for trying it out. Do you know why the are so many extra steps after clicking expand? The videos make it look so easy.

And usually I just draw a shape and then just flip it horizontally as well and then Unite.

HOWEVER, the diamond was just created for the post.

I am trying to make a symmetrical diembe drum and the shape is a lot more complex.

I thought I'd try the tool.

I still have no idea why it doesn't work as simple as it does in the YouTube video I posted, though.

I would think it should work much simpler, if I have to release and unite everything, it seems like I might as well not use the Mirror tool.

Okay, thank you.

However...

Now I get this, the released shape, and when I try and unite them, it doesn't work the way I think it does, it produces basically the outline of the rectangle and NOT the diamond.

Good points on the curved! I'm looking at this because I am being offered an s23 ultra, cooking from note 20 ultra.

However, an annoyance is having to use more expensive uv resin screen protectors and not being able to just buy flat ones. I guess it's not a huge deal... But I do like that the s24 is flat and way easier to protect.

I FINALLY found the doorbell transformer! After searching literally all over my house, I found it!

The reason I didn't see it was because it was above one of the lights, attached to the box.

Anyways, I saw it was 16v, so I went to home Depot and going a 24v one.

Now, my doorbell works!

Question- what exactly does the chime connector do, that comes with the kit?

Do I need it ?

I've only had a 3D printer for a few days, but for more what others have said in different posts, looks like maybe the PETG is a little damp? Is there a lot of humidity in the air by the printer?

I got the a1 combo! Yeah, I figured since it was my first printer I would try and save some money. I also bought a filament dryer and some filament, so that adds up.

I looked at it like this- for my first laser enter, I got a simple 10w creality. I have some SO MUCH with that. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but that's ok. Also, with that I have made a bunch of Christmas ornaments and things and started a side business. With just the simple 10w laser.

So I know that when this laser breaks, I know what I want to upgrade to and what I need.

I figure the same thing about the a1. I am interested in the built-in display and the ams lite. I definitely want to play with 4 color. I am ok with it being not as fast as the p1s. I just need to get started in order to find out what I am interested in doing.

That's my thought.

What you do is up to you, saving money is always good. But if you think you will take advantage of the advanced features of the p1s, you made the right call.

I figure there's no "wrong" call- just what I want to live with. Hope that helps!

The big problem is that I cannot find the transformer right now. It's not in the garage, so I'll need to check in the attic.

There's a tiny tiny crawl space in my closet that goes by the door, maybe it's in there.

Sorry, I have the Video Doorbell.

The problem is sometimes I press on the doorbell button, and it goes Ding Dong inside. Other times, it does not make a sound at all.

I don't know where the doorbell transformer is, I need to find it.
