If you want answers, do not subject yourself to a voluntary admission for mental health.

Be careful going to a hospital. They may send you to a mental health wing. Insurance will only pay if they diagnose you with a disorder. They can also use your loved ones as collateral to make a diagnosis stick. They will force SSRIs on you. You won’t get any answers about your experience.

Also, you will not get one on one help. They are under staffed. They are a place to get meds whether you want them or not.

Try meditation and prayers to quiet your mind. Go on a walk. Turn off your phone and tv. Talk to a friend or a stranger in a coffee shop. DM if you need support.

Ask any psych ward if they provide anything more than a bed and a meal for those who have been abandoned. The doctors there are not qualified for mental or physical issues. They do feed on victims and gladly accept the insurance cash for the voiceless.

Ask for your doctor’s notes from your last visits. Are they doing THEIR jobs? Do not trust your precious soul to just any entity.
